  • Supreme chicken breast stuffed with asparagus, baby spinach & crusted with crushed macadamia nuts, parmesan cheese, served on a bed of sweet potato mash & drizzled with garlic cream sauce & avocado oil
  • Crispy pork belly with sauteed Asian greens, peas, apples poached in a lemon grass syrup,upon fried rice & garnished with fried angel hair ( gluten free)
  • Herb crusted lamb rack with a potato, kumara au gratin, pea puree, trelace tomatoes, rosemary & red wine jus
  • Chicken, bacon & brie filo served with potato rosti, baby spinach, steamed broccolini & drizzled with a raspberry vinegar reduction
  • Miso glazed Tasmanian salmon with Japanese watercress, pickled ginger salad, black garlic & hot & sour sauce ( gluten free)
  • Roast vegetable filo filled with pumpkin,capsicum, sweet potato, mushrooms, also stuffed with a rocket pesto & boccocini, served on a baby spinach & crispy shredded potato salad & garnished with tempura zucchini flower
